How is the product packaged?

Your order will be mailed in a bubble-wrap black envelope or a plain box (depending on the nature and/or size of your order). There are no markings or logos on your parcel, except for the address label and courier sticker.

Your privacy is extremely important to us and our discreet packaging enables you to shop with us in complete confidence. With completely plain and unassuming packaging, you will be the only person excited about what's inside.

How fast are orders processed?

An order placed will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days unless otherwise advised.

What is the shipping fee?

For orders delivered to the United States:

• Economy shipping is free.
• Standard shipping:
• Free of charge for orders over $30.
• For orders less than $30, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies.
• Express shipping is calculated at checkout.

What are the delivery times?

Our delivery timelines vary based on the type of product and the delivery method selected:

• The majority of our products are delivered via Standard Delivery, which typically takes about 3-4 business days.
• For those needing their items sooner, we offer Express Delivery that ensures your product reaches your doorstep within 1-2 business days.
• However, please note that specific products are only eligible for Economy Delivery, which can take around 5-8 business days on the way, depending on your location within the United States. This is due to these products being shipped from various warehouses, and they may be delivered in separate packages.

The total time it takes for your order to arrive includes both the delivery time and the processing time from when you place your order.
