How is the product packaged?

Your order will be mailed in a bubble-wrap black envelope or a plain box (depending on the nature and/or size of your order). There are no markings or logos on your parcel, except for the address label and courier sticker.

Your privacy is extremely important to us and our discreet packaging enables you to shop with us in complete confidence. With completely plain and unassuming packaging, you will be the only person excited about what's inside.

How fast are orders processed?

An order placed will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days unless otherwise advised.

What is the shipping fee and time to the USA?

For orders delivered to the United States :

  • Standard shipping (3-4 business days transit time):
    • Free of charge for orders over $50.
    • For orders less than $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies.
  • Express shipping (1-2 business days transit time) is calculated at checkout.
  • Economy shipping (5-8 business days transit time):
    • Flat shipping fee of $4.99.

International taxes and duties must be paid by the customer upon receipt. We do not calculate or collect these fees.

You can view specific delivery times on the checkout page. Please note that delivery time needs to include our processing time, which is generally 1-2 business days. The total time it takes for your order to arrive includes both the delivery time and the processing time from when you place your order.

What's your order cancellation policy?

All orders are processed within 24 hours.Orders cancelled immediately will incur no charges. After 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee of 10%. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Is shopping on your site safe and private?

Purchases from LoveToy are billed discreetly to ensure customer privacy. we uses a 'LVY'instead of 'LOVETOY' on billing statements so that the nature of your purchase isn't readily apparent.
