Return Policy

For items that you need to return, Don't Open the box. Please email us at support@buylovetoy.com. All items must be returned within 30 days from the date the item is delivered for a product value refund.

Shipping is free for your first return on any order within the United States. Please use the shipping label we provide, which will be emailed to you after we receive your return request. We do not offer free returns for international orders (excluding the USA).

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged or opened. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue you a refund accordingly.

If your order didn't use our free shipping service or paid any extra for shipping, we cannot refund the additional shipping costs. Thus, any refund issued will have these shipping costs deducted. Only items purchased on our website can be returned to us for a refund. Items purchased in a store, specialty online retailer, or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or accept returns on used items.

For items you would like exchanged, the postage cost associated with returning the items to us and redelivering the exchanged items to you is at your expense. 

Warranty for Customers in the United States

Battery-operated products qualify for a 6-month Warranty.
All rechargeable Vibrators qualify for a 1-Year Warranty.

Non-vibrating products are not eligible for warranty coverage

For products that include a detachable, replaceable charging part, only the charging part itself is protected under the warranty.

The consumer warranty begins from the date of purchase and applies to mechanical failures or manufacturing defects only. Replaced goods continue to be covered under the remaining warranty period. The warranty is non-transferable and does not extend beyond the original purchaser of the products. 
The seller’s sole warranty obligation is to repair, replace, or refund, at its discretion, any goods deemed defective during the warranty period. The seller makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose regarding the goods

Warranty Eligibility

  • The warranty is valid only in the USA.
  • Products purchased from www.buylovetoy.com
  • Within the warranty period is required.

Replacement Process
Once we receive your returned product, you can expect your replacement within 7-14 business days at our expense. The warranty covers one replacement of the original item/part or another item of equivalent value and functionality.
 

Warranty Coverage Exclusions
We do not cover damage caused by:

Battery corrosion
Misuse or improper handling
Unavoidable natural events
Melting due to contact between items made from TPE, TPR, or PVC materials
Using the wrong lubricant on products
Items with slight color differences, color fading, or with damaged packaging during transportation.

Defective items under the Warranty period?

We do not issue a refund for a defective itemIf you believe an item is defective, please email our customer service team at support@buylovetoy.com with your order ID  along with photos of the issue. Once we have verified the defect, a replacement package will be shipped to you at our expense.
