Shipping is free on your first return for any order in the United States. You must use the shipping label we provide. We will email you the return shipping label after we receive your return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. The packaging must not be damaged or opened. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue you a refund accordingly.

If you didn't use our free shipping service or paid any extra for shipping, we cannot refund the additional shipping costs. Thus, any refund issued will have these shipping costs deducted. Only items purchased on our website can be returned to us for a refund. Items purchased in a store, specialty online retailer, or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or accept returns on used items.
