Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order in the United States. You must use the shipping label we provide (We will email you return shipping label after we received your return request).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused . Once your return is received , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue you a refund accordingly. 

Only items purchased on our website can be returned to us for refund. Items purchased in a store, or specialty online retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or accept returns on used items.

For items you would like exchanged, the postage cost associated in returning the items to us and redelivering the exchanged items to you are at your expense.
