Your order will be mailed in a bubble-wrap black envelope or a plain box (depending on the nature and/or size of your order). There are no markings or logos on your parcel, except for the address label and courier sticker.

International taxes and duties must be paid by the customer upon receipt. We do not calculate or collect these fees.
You can view specific delivery times on the checkout page. Please note that delivery time needs to include our processing time, which is generally 1-2 business days. The total time it takes for your order to arrive includes both the delivery time and the processing time from when you place your order.
A tracking number will be sent to you when the order has been dispatched.
We disclaim any liability for non-delivery issues arising from the customer's unavailability, erroneous delivery details, or the customer's location being out of the designated delivery areas. Upon transfer of the goods to the carrier, all responsibilities incumbent upon us cease. It is the customer's duty to liaise directly with the courier service to resolve any delivery-related matters.
WARNING:Do not use mineral oil or oil-based products as lubricants as they may cause deterioration of the toy. Use water-based lubricant only. After use, clean immediately, wipe and then pat gently with baby powder on the skin surface and store in a dry place separately
